Website, CV, the Financial Times, Artsmart

Hello.

This summer has been somewhat slow for me, but it has given me alot of time to finally get things sorted. I have finally finished my website -kristineomandap.com (let me know what you think?) and I have created my “creative CV”. I also have an internship at the Financial Times starting in october, which is exciting. Now I’m just working on finding other placements to follow.

At the beggining of the summer I went to Artsmart and was commissioned to blog about Artsmart events. My blogs are published here at ECCA. Before that I was involved with (possibly still am?) involved with Laura North at Speaking out. They’ll be publishing their findings with interviews and workshops with students, and she’s written a case study which will also be published online. So some exciting stuff!

 

A bit of logo design

It’s been a relatively quiet week for me. Earlier I did a small logo design and illustration job for small South London Local Book Club, which got me noticed by water delivery service Aqua Amore who have offered me a bit of pay to do a logo for their Coconut Waters section. My first paid job this summer!
